- ›Cancel 24–48 hours before → 50% refund
- ›Cancel within 24 hours or no-show → Non-refundable

Kids Camps & Packages
- ›Cancel 7+ days before → Full refund
- ›Cancel 3–6 days before → 50% refund
- ›Cancel within 72 hours → Non-refundable
